  • Almost unusable
I think the content is good but the app has some major issues for me: 1) I agree with prior reviewers it would be nice if the videos at least rotated so you can see them widescreen. This is a major oversight. 2) After each video plays none of the controls work for me. I can't click back or Done so I have to quit the app and relaunch it in order to watch the next video. Really frustrating. 3) I agree it would be nice to have some integrated timers and tracking to time each stretch and keep track of what you've done. Mark Lauren's Bodyweight app does a great job of this as an example. 4) I just got to the 4th exercise in Day 1 and it has the right pics and video but the description is from the first exercise. 5) Now starting day 2 I realize there are 10 days to click but zero difference between the exercises each day. They basically give you the same 5 exercises to do in the same order twice/day.

  • Works, but disappointing
I was excited to get this app. The stretches are great and work, but the instruction quality is poor. Furthermore, each day is exactly the same and there is no way to track your progress. The stretches are great, but find them on the internet- don't waste your money on this app.

  • 5 упражнений и все?
Независимо от того, на какой из 10 дней нажимаешь, открывается один и тот же набор из 5 упражнений. Быть может, из-за какой-нибудь ошибки, так как логики в этом нет никакой

  • Save your money
Same day repeated for ten days. Interface is rough to put it lightly. I am sure I will be able to touch my toes in ten days but what a piece of crap.

  • Buggy and useless
The videos won't play full-screen, so you can't really see anything that's going on. The whole thing is so buggy and broken, that it looks like it's unfinished. No timers, no interactive elements, nothing. Just a bunch of videos. They should have just made a website and charged for access. This is a mess.
