Slow response times, no customer support Slow response times, no customer supportMagazines are great when they open, but the app is getting even buggier as time goes on, and their customer support is useless: delete and reload is the only answer (and that means starting over again from scratch to download any issues that you own)

Please fix Please fixSince version 8 the app keeps crashing. I have hard reset my iPad, removed and reinstalled the application and it still crashes, a lot. Can't open last magazine at all. And why does it show I gave it 5 stars?
