This app is quite simply fun to use. I'm tempted to submit the German and Dutch translations to go along with the languages already there.

It does what it says… and more. :) It does what it says… and more. :)

Good and simple… it just works... I like that fact that you can lock the rotation (without having an iPad2) and you can keep it going without ever going to sleep. It could be a good bedside clock.

Text Time is a simple and customizable application that tells the time in plain English (and Spanish!) on your iPhone or iPad

Features include:

* Shows the time in text form
* Works on both iPhone and iPad
* English and Spanish clocks
* Works in all four orientations (normal or sideways)
* Change the colors for text and background.
* Lock the rotation in Landscape or Portrait orientations
* Show the time in 12 or 24 hour display
* "Never sleep" mode leaves time display on indefinitely
* Tapping reveals an adjustable time-wheel
