Love it! Love it!Have been using this for many months now to organise some projects I’m working on. iCloud Disk in Yosemite has enhanced the app for me as now I can access my lists everywhere. One little gripe is that on Yosemite, scrolling is jumpy, and grabbing the scroll bar with the mouse doesn’t work properly. Other than that, I love it and the whole TaskPaper mentality.

Great App Great AppOver the years, I’ve gone through a lot of tasks managers, and I usually stop using them after only a few weeks, falling back to pen and paper. TaskPaper is the first task app I’ve continued to consistently use, for years. It’s simple, it syncs, and it stays out of my way. I would definitely buy again and I highly recommend it.

Great for Daily To-Do Items Great for Daily To-Do ItemsI use Things and other Apps for long term projects, planning, or important upcoming items ……. But for a daily work list (a daily to-do, surprise manager requests, impromptu client requests, quick notice things to fix), I find Taskpaper works beautifully as an easy to manage, easy to use and easy to watch list of things that need my attention within a given day. So for managing things to do in a single day, I find it invaluable. I think it a bit pricey but I used it very very well on projects as my daily “knock-off” list and think that it may have earned its cost in that context easily. The UI quick entry is very cool. Taskpaper is great for things within a day. And as the app author has said Things is a great app for longer planning and projects. But for what needs to be done in a day, Taskpaper excels.

Corrupts your list occasionally Corrupts your list occasionallyIt's very frustrating ... this seemed the perfect todo list manager. But for the second time now it has deleted *all* of my todo list .. while moving items on my list around the app just froze, so before quitting the program I chose 'save'. When I quit and restarted .. bang .. an empty document! This was nothing to do with synchronising, just seems to be a bug in the editing. But something very basic. A real shame, in functionality and so on the app was perfect. Fortunately I have a back up copy.. but I'm not going to trust my list to TaskPaper again. Back to the app store for me :(

Perfect blend of simplicity and just the necessary features Perfect blend of simplicity and just the necessary featuresGreat app. I don’t feel like I’m having to learn a entirely new UI just to keep track of my tasks like so many other to-do list makers and project trackers. EDITED: I realized synchronization was as simple as saving the TaskPaper file to my Dropbox.
