Awful information Awful informationDo not download, the techniques used are horrendous, terminology used is even worse. The video tutorials were done by what must be 1st year students. Some of the tips and pointers of application are jovial. They must have spent £40 on zinc oxide and actually achieved no support/joint protection. Embarrassing app

Good app Good appGreat app for strapping techniques which can be followed or used as a baseline for changes but an update for use full size use on the iPad would make this app even better thanks

Improvement needed Improvement neededFirst of all this is a useful resource for athletes, however as a physiotherapist I am aware of a few shortcomings. There are several anatomical and pathophysiological errors when describing the taping techniques throughout the app (ACL strain, describing the wrist as a metatarsal, etc). Also, you fail to describe the properties of the zinc oxide tape and in particular the health/safety advice for its use in direct skin/hair contact! I have seen many patients misuse tape and have subsequent problems with their skin afterwards. Some of the techniques are questionable, but in the main part are a useful resource for a self treating athlete.

Great app Great appI am a rugby referee and have found this very useful and easy to follow for self-strapping minor injuries that I pick up during the season. Works fine on iPad too.
