Needs to be improved and updated! Needs to be improved and updated!It seems that the news and highlights are updated but nothing else, the wallpapers available are from too long ago, Bendtner is still on there, they haven't changed since Wickham joined! Very disappointed that we can no longer watch the highlights without a subscription. There was a small period when it was available to all, now we have to pay to watch what is on Match of the Day. I would love a place where transfer news has its own section! We are loyal fans and we want the best app in the Prem!

Good but due a update Good but due a updateI've had the app for a number of years but I think it needs updating to support bigger screens etc. it also seems to be the last thing to get updated from yourselfs compared to the website, Facebook and twitter.

Out of date Out of dateDon't but this, the app is out of date, if you want up to date SAFC information use Twitter, Facebook or the web site they are all updated well before this app

Take money but won't give subscription Take money but won't give subscriptionI have been using this app for 3 years now. It was great at first, but now.....I paid for my subscription to be renewed on April 1st. The payment was taken from my bank STRAIGHT AWAY. When I tried to log on it said 'your subscription has expired'. I logged back into my iTunes and tried to pay AGAIN even though they had already taken the money (as Sunderland have just taken on a new manager I was very keen to see the interviews regarding his plans for the club), but it said 'you have already paid for your subscription'. I have now sent 6 emails to their so called customer services. They have had me getting out my laptop, sending the some obscure details they wanted by having to log on to this, click onto that (very vague instructions), they also wanted a copy of my iTunes receipt (I like to think I am not a dummy, but where do you keep a copy of that? I found it somehow and sent them the receipt code, only to receive a message back the next day saying 'please forward a copy of your iTunes receipt). I requested details so I could make a formal complaint, to which they replied 'please forward a copy of your iTunes receipt'. Since they wouldn't give me the details in order to make a complaint, I came on here to warn others, and low and behold there are loads with the same problem!!! This is a brilliant app when it works, but they have obviously changed something. HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY UNTIL THEY CHANGE IT!!!
