Key Features for Goal Setting and Plotting Actionable Activities into the Calendar:
1. SRP Planning section allows you to define your goals by title, description, start and end date and colour coded category.
2. Upon setting up of a goal you will be able to set objectives related to achievement of that goal. Each objective is goal related and is linked to provide a user defined pathway to successfully achieving your goal.
3. When objectives are defined you can specifically define actions that are needed to complete each objective. These actions are time and date determined and will be automatically log into the calendar.
The SRP Planning section allows you to set goals, define objectives to achieve goals and set actions into the calendar to complete objectives that will lead towards achievement of goals.
This section is particularly useful professionally to set up key performance indicators (KPI) as goals and defined the pathways to successfully achieve individual KPI's.
Features of the Calendar Section:
1. The main feature in the daily view incorporates function to help users prioritize their actions by using the Urgent and Important Matrix. Allows the user to strategically focus on important and critical actions.
2. A meetings list is also included to remind the user of meetings that are scheduled for that day.
3. All scheduled actions are editable and time changes can be drag/drop with a touch and slide of the finger.
4. Included is the all time useful 2 day view which allows you to quickly plan and adjust schedules when urgent matters arise.
5. Standard views include weekly, monthly and yearly.
There is also a Notes section that functions as your personal notebook.
