A COMPLETE BUST? A COMPLETE BUST?missing step has quickly gone from my favorite to least favorite software. I own five of their apps, Daily Stock, Stock Signal, Arbitrage, Stock Trading Ideas and Stock Pro. All purchased before missing step started bundling their apps. Which shows how much I have invested in them. Since the latest updates none of the apps open except Daily Stock. There is also the issue of reliability. When the market opens I want software I can rely on. I have since removed two of the programs from my IPad and will remove the other three unless missing step finds the step that is missing. Are they a bust? They will be unless they improve their reliability., market updates, through the day updates, improve their lag time and integrity.

Needs better tech support access Needs better tech support accessI've used all their apps, and like them. However Trade Ideas has been down- not responding. I've looked everywhere including the app website - not luck. Please improve customer support.
