Southwest Airlines

Too many glitches. Screens showing content that doesn't match previous screen. If you connect to wifi at DAL the app is useless as it constantly pops up with SSL alerts and won't function. Can't sign up for deal alerts. Date picker is complicated. I fly WN the most and they have the worst app compared to the legacy airlines.

Useless. There's nothing here. I can get more help by just using the Southwest website. It throws redirect errors, doesn't offer any integration with Passbook, and didn't even give me a way to get to an electronic boarding pass. It's just plain useless.

This app needs major update!

We really need screen optimization for the latest iPhones... Everything looks fuzzy

Come on Southwest Airlines, I thought people may have been just critical about your app. Nope, it's really that bad. I set up an account yesterday, entered in all my info, and then entered in my flight info. Five minutes later I go back in to check the flight status and it has no flight info. I've entered the info numerous times, but it will not save it. Now today I go to try it again and the first thing it tells me is that it's missing my email address (which I had to enter to set up the account in the first place)! It would not let me continue until I re-entered my email address. Once again I go to look up my flight and there is none saved. Really......I've attempted to save it 10 times. Still nothing. Bad, bad, bad app.
