John smithson John smithsonGood program... TIP. Try breathing 3-4 times, heavy breaths the first 5 - 10 minutes, when you start listening to this. Breath about every 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times, then breath as usual. You "MIGHT" wan't to take 3-4 breaths whilst listening to this also. Every now and then. It is "YOUR" choice if you wan't to keep the breath from "JUST" a deep breath, to a deep breath and holding it for 5-10 seconds. You should "MIX" the holding a breath to just taking a deep breath, within the 3-4 breath's. Your brain get's more oxygen by doing so, and therefore this program should be a "BIT" more effective. You "MIGHT" wan't to tension the muscles you "CAN" while "STARTING / WHILST" listening to this program, about 2-3 times, and breath calm and deep. Tension about 10-15 seconds at a time, lying down on a bed or a sofa or just standing up. About 80-90% of full strength. Tension all the muscles you can 1-3 times, keeping apart only 2-3 minutes. Good luck all!
