**Users on iOS7 - If you are unable to stream and are seeing the following error message “Video Unavailable – Please log in and try again”, you will need to adjust the privacy & security settings on your device. You can do this by going to Settings on your device, then choose Safari and then Block Cookies. You should then select either ‘from third parties and advertisers’ or ‘never’. Selecting ‘always’ will block the Sky Go app from signing in with your Sky iD and therefore not allow you to play any video in the app.**
