Too Little Flexibility for Upgrade Price Too Little Flexibility for Upgrade PriceWhile I love going through the skills and recording them, then adding a diary note in case a life event, or holiday comes up & the ability to access skills changes, upon upgrading, ads DIDNT disappear, my own music DIDNT play, and as a photographer, I'd prefer MY OWN IMAGES appear on all screens except the Skills Eval Screen. If you're gonna charge nealy $5.00 for the app, please get the upgraded features to work!

Worth trying for a few days! Worth trying for a few days!Well, I don't know about DBT but apparently the app made me curious bc I read about it and downloaded it. Worth a look! It does point out habits that could be more effective, and you end up being more aware of bad habits in responding to situations. Puts your focus on better ways of responding to without being preachy.

Love this app!!! Love this app!!!It's so helpful! This is my first time trying DBT and it really makes your look over your day to see which skills you used and which ones you didn't. That way you can figure out which skills to work on by doing the skills you don't do very often. I also got the other apps as well. They're really great too! Especially the quiz game. Just try it. You've got nothing to lose but the unsuccessful ways of coping with issues.

Good idea, but ... Good idea, but ...I like the idea of this app, it keeps you thinking about the skills. The more you do it the more you remember where you need to improve. And you can see your progress. However, the UI is just terrible. I will definitely use the app but a total rethink in design would be nice.

Not close enough Not close enoughNot a great app, per se. Good for the obsessive DBTer, every skill must be reviewed at the time you log or you lose what you have done, so no quick check about one or 2 skills. Logging is tedious, an action that should take a half second (checking a box) takes about 4 times that. Can't do same skill multiple times. Log screen optimized for people with perfect eyesight and not color blind. Doesn't allow multiple notifications. So, why is this important? Typical DBTers need to use skills throughout the day, but one major issue for BPD is loss of focus. This app doesn't help that. Another issue is obsessiveness, here you can't tell that you did the same skill 5 times, which is a clue, right? We forget to check in, so we need multiple reminders. Etc. I'll keep checking but for now, it's not what I need.
