App works well - cabs just don't turn up! App works well - cabs just don't turn up!Seriously. Why bother offering a silver service when they don't turn up on time. When I called I was told 'we can't guarantee pick up times' umm really so what's the point. I understand 5 mins late but 20??! That's just not good enough. Won't bother with these guys again.

Update is huge let down Update is huge let downI used the previous version of this app happily every week for over a year. It was great. But this update takes twice as long to create a booking, it is buggy and frustrating. The last app version was so easy to use I booked silver service on the app rather than calling a black car. Now I'm going to go back to black cars (even though they are more expensive) just to avoid the irritating app. Who would guess an app update would make so much difference?

Terrible update Terrible updateWorked once (kind of) after I updated and now doesn't recognize my address or any close to me and won't let me book. I've now downloaded 13 cabs because calling to book is just inconvenient. Fix the update and then I'll be back

Poor update Poor updateNow even the app feedback emails get rejected by silver top as spam Avoid this app!!!! I have now switched to calling 13 cabs! Bookings never update you can't leave feedback no idea when or if the taxi will arrive Erases all settings and you lose the address book. One star when you try to book it's showing my taxi as 20 km away go back to the old version this is so messed up now I get a constant error anytime I try to book or setup the app maybe my negative review they are blocking my use #majorfail
