Useless UselessThis app is almost impossible to use. It takes roughly 15 mins to download an issue AND the download stops if the iPad goes into standbye mode. Most infuriatingly if an issue shows as partially downloaded that partial content is lost once the download stops, requiring the whole process to start over next time you attempt a download. I'm fed up with the app, I travel constantly and read all my subscriptions online. Shape is the only magazine I have this problem with.

Purchased and cannot access Purchased and cannot accessI purchased the annual subscription, but cannot access issues. I purchased in November 2014 and ca only access December 2013! Cannot access web help menu either.
