ServeSmart Customer Interaction Software

I would give this app five stars if it wasnt sooooo slow. You have to wait a few seconds in order to edit and save questions. Not a bad app for free but I will be looking for something more time efficent if this app owners doesnt adheed to these issues

I'm a student at Oklahoma State University majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and we just finished a project in conjunction with the Technology Department. Our project was to download an existing survey app and then create a customer satisfaction survey for our on campus hotel. After trying out lots of different apps we found ServeSmart, and it is by far the best app out there that allows you to gather and analyze data for a retail or hospitality business. It had so many useful features; we could all connect and gather data for the same account while all having different logins, data is exported in an easy to modify excel spreadsheet, it comes with preloaded templates and the option to edit them to fit your needs, the list goes on and on. Thank you for creating such an amazing app!!

Went through the process of designing a form. It only saved the first field of the designed form, the rest was lost. Very buggy, needs work. UPDATE! I installed the new version and it still does not work. Sorry guys still needs work.
