This is a great little app that works a lot better to scrobble my plays from my phone than a dedicated player. By working in the background but not taking control of the media controls, there are no unexpected times when playback control is silently handed back to Music.app (silently losing scrobbles) or worse, lost when the app is killed (leaving me wondering why the hell my phone is playing something different on my morning drive to work). The only issue I have is some weirdness when multiple instances on multiple devices interact. Without the "remove duplicate scrobbles" feature checked, the same play can be recorded many times when either device finds it. But with it, I've noticed an inverse problem: only the first track of an album will be scrobbled if I report from a different device from the one that did the play. It's not a big deal, but it's weird. Also, since this app depends on Background App Refresh, it's important to check in on it occasionally to make sure iOS keeps refreshing the app. I've noticed times when it ran dormant for a couple weeks, but that's iOS's fault, not the app's. All in all, the best music utility for my phone and iPad I could ask for.
