Rick Steves' Audio Europe™

We used this app in London and Paris. I downloaded everything we thought we might use before we went so we weren't dependent on wi-fi. We especially liked the Louvre tour. It made it much more interesting and less overwhelming. My kids ages 16 and 10 loved the audio tours too. We like the jokes and the interesting tidbits of information. If something else caught our eye, we just hit pause and stopped. Great app! A nice compliment to the excellent guidebooks.

My wife and I used nearly 20 different guides from this app during our trip to London, Rome, Venice, and Paris. It is so nice to learn about the history of a sight as you're walking through/around it and Rick does a great job. We could definitely do without the corny jokes though. Using this app also saves a lot of money that you would otherwise have to spend buying audioguides at sights. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone headed to Europe.

We recently used this app on a trip to Italy and last year in Paris and it was great! I loved the audio tours of basillica’s, museums and city sites. It really added to the experience to learn while we were floating down the grand canal in Venice or looking at art in the Lourve. It’s also a bonus to not have to pay for the audio tours in each place. Thanks Rick Steves for making quality, informative and accessible apps!

It's rare to find an app that has amazingly great content AND is really well designed AND is free. Most apps are somehow poorly designed... it's too difficult to find what you want, it doesn't keep track of where you left off, etc. But this one does everything right. Nice!

Leave all those purchases of audio guides at the door. This app is amazing. I did his London & Rome and am 1,000 % satisfied. The guides are so easy and you feel so alone at popular sites with 100's of other people. This is a MUST.
