Excellent gameplay and controls. Accelerometer works really well to steer your ship. So good to find a game which doesn't use the crappy unresponsive touch interface. You can actually play this! iPhone 5 update please?

What's with the ads? What's with the ads?

I paid for this app in 2009. Now they have made it free, put ads in the game, and want me to pay again to remove the ads. Poor customer loyalty.

Rip off!!! Rip off!!!

I bought a game called Retro Cave Flyer a while back and it turns out that the developer removed it from the store and replaced it with this. Pay again for the same game to remove the ads! Warning to users. Don't waste your money on a developer that sells you something today and takes it away tomorrow!! Crooks!!

Retro-X is the latest version of Retro Cave Flyer, a skill-based Lunar-Lander style game where you must save the day by rescuing stranded scientists.

Retro-X features 23 challenging levels, some of which have been known to make grown men cry on the hardest settings; physics options for the more descerning players and Booster Packs for getting stragglers out of tricky situations.

Controls:
- Tilt the iPhone/iPod Touch gently to tilt your craft.
- Touch anywhere on the screen to apply thrust.
- Land next to scientists to save them.
- Land next to Fuel Pods (they're hard to miss) to refuel.
