The RelayRides app and the company that make it are hands down the best way to rent a car period! I have rented out my car for 2 years with it and it's awesome. Made me thousands of dollars. And I have rented cars via the app in Hawaii, California, New York, Las Vegas and many other places in the USA. Fantastic. Now all they have to do is expand internationally. Nice!! ???????????

Bad Customer service Bad Customer serviceI send them a question about insurance information and so far I haven't get a respond yet, And to ask any questions from the service we have to be a member first with giving the our Driving License number with all the personal information. So for my view this is looks like a scam to get all our information and finally May see a huge hidden fee :( that's why they don't answer our questions until we got registered by providing all our personal information.

Not reliable Not reliableNote: a lot of reviews here are from car owners. I will share my experience as a potential renter. I planned weeks in advance and reserved a car. The owner informed me a few days before my trip that he couldn't meet me. He cancelled. I reserved another car. The owner informed me about 12 hours before my arrival that he couldn't meet me. He cancelled. Now I'm looking for a rental and the rates from the rental car companies for similar cars are much higher than they were weeks ago. Maybe I had bad luck. It's hard to say. I've never experienced a real rental company flaking out like this.

Awesome! Awesome!Relay Rides is great for short term and long term rentals. It's much easier to speak to the owner of the car rather than talking to an agent with the million questions and crazy fees. Not only do you get to rent an everyday car, you can rent a nice car for date night or for a great time in the city.
