A useful photo editing tool A useful photo editing toolBesides allowing a global fisheye look to your photos, you can shrink or expand small areas for cosmetic adjustments. You can also change the composition of a photo by raising or lowering the horizon, or by distorting from side to side. Effects can be layered on top of each other to allow pretty complex images. I use Snapseed for most of my Ipad photo editing, but it lacks this distortion ability. I'll enhance my image in Snapseed, and then apply effects in PhotoXform+ if needed. Lots of useful things here, beyond just a comical fisheye effect.

No... No...You see the image control window with all the adjustments? Well, it stays in the middle of the screen while you are making adjustments...you cannot actually see! Ingenious!

Complex, learning curve, crashes w/hi-res images Complex, learning curve, crashes w/hi-res imagesA very sophisticated app, the benefits of which come with a lot of practice, a good measure of trial and error, a reasonable learning curve, and a bit of frustration. Read on... One issue that still needs work is rhe handling of hi-res images. Trying to load a 12mp image, the app warns that the image is too big and will be resized accordingly. Understood, since the description above says 4096 on a side for my iPad2 and my image was 4282. I can live with that. OK, so far so good. So after spending ten minutes with my image, I select save to my Photo Album, and about 10 seconds into the saving process, CRASH. The best I have been able to do without entertaining a crash is about 9.5mp, which is good enough for my purposes, so that doesn't bother me. But if the app is going to load my 12mp image and resize it for me, it shouldn't crash after I have spent all my time getting the changes just right. So now I have to remember to downsample my images to 9mp to (hopefully) avoid crashes after editing.
