It keeps saying the picture is not readable even though I'm taking it in perfect lighting. Please fix this issue. The mobile app is one of the biggest liability members have for access to their money.

Not So Hot Not So HotI do not live anywhere near a branch and rely solely on mobile banking. This app is only good for checking balances and MAYBE transferring some funds between cling and saving. However I have NEVER been able to successfully make a mobile deposit. Unlike my other banking institution which has almost flawless mobile deposits. This app needs some work.

Good but... Good but...There is absolutely no reason that this app needs to use my location even when I'm not using the app. This needs fixing ASAP.

Constant Crashing Constant CrashingTerrible app. If you want to just see your account and what's in it and nothing else that the app "features" then this app is for you. It's great at teasing you with its flashy bill pay and mobile deposit icons. They lure you in like a frat boy leading you upstairs, then all if a sudden you're left with a bad feeling and completely Unsatisfied with his underwhelming performance. Got a bill you want a pay? You're in luck!!! Because paying in person is a much better alternative! Using that option is like slamming your head in a car door while simultaneously having you toe nails ripped out. Mobile deposit... Well let's just say you're in for an amazing experience!!!! It's like finishing a marathon with no water stops and then being told that you ran the wrong way. If you enjoy being left at the alter at your wedding or being punched in the stomach as an alarm clock then get this app! You won't regret it!

Not happy Not happyThis app update has locked me out of my account and there is no 24 hour help line. Not happy at all with this update at all
