Paris eGuides Suite, MP3 video tours, help

Downloaded this while in Paris. Discovered a hodge-lodge app that is far from helpful or finished. Despite purchasing 'the suite' many features are not included or functional (videos for instance). The app requires constant connection to the internet to be functional (much faster and cheaper if I could download specific content to my phone), has some text in English (I bought the English version) while other aspects of the app are still in French and was relatively expensive ($5.99 for an app). A long way to go before this app is functional or worthwhile let alone value for money.
