Pandemic 2.5

I loved it, I played Plague Inc. before I played this, this is easier. I played easy virus game and I surpassed the vaccination because everyone was already infected, but when I started killing entire countries (forsaken) I got down to 0 people living at all in any section/country (33 in total). But when it didn't say I had won or anything I checked the overall entire world stats and it said that there were 823 people still living, not healthy, not immune, but infected. So I checked ALL 33 country/sections and found no living immune, healthy, or infected people. All were dead. I waited an entire year (x10 speed on the game in years not actual life) and still the remaining people in the overall world stats said 823. ????????? WHY? I can't nor could win so I have deleted the game. Sorry, please fix this.
