Nissan Connect is terrible Nissan Connect is terribleNissan Connect is terrible. You have to allow connection every time which is ridiculous. Sometimes I have to disconnect Bluetooth to get it to connect to Nissan Connect. When I connect the USB cable receive message that USB device is connected but when I go to the Apps I get a message no USB device is connected. It's not worth the effort it takes to get connected. One time it wouldn't connect so I disconnected Bluetooth, still wouldn't connect. Tried to reconnect Bluetooth and it would no longer connect. I was going to delete my phone and add it back to see if it would pair but the ability to delete my phone was not available. I turned my phone off and back on, I turned my ignition off and back on and I could not connect USB or Bluetooth. I went into a store and was gone about 30 minutes and my phone connected via Bluetooth when I got back in my truck.

Quite possibly the worst experience of all Quite possibly the worst experience of allWe lease a Nissan Rogue- good car overall - and I’m a fan of sending Google maps data to my cars. However, Nissan makes it extremely difficult with an app that appears not to work. On my wife’s old iPhone 5 it never allowed me to add our vehicle, and just for ships and giggles I tried it again with her brand new iPhone 6. No go. Same error message over and over again after logging in and ensuring Bluetooth connection in car (which does work for audio, voice call etc). it seems that the app is pretty much useless judging by the reviews and my own experience here. Frustrating to say the least. I work for a Japanese company and understand that sometimes there’s a lack of commitment to ensuring that we North American consumers, who have high expectations of friendliness (without reading manuals etc). Nissan needs to understand that ignoring their users and keeping up with smartphone integration is truly a stupid, brand-punishing move.

Bad app Bad appI have the iPhone 6 plus. Get nothing but error codes with it. Forget about using this app with your iPhone. It won't work. Support tries to say it is all iPhone problem. Yea right. Might as well not even have an app. Very disappointing. Apple has made a watch that will do more than this app.
