Great organizer Great organizerThe tools that are included for goals, projects and to dos is just what I was looking for. I would recommend looking at the PDFs in settings to fully understand the layout. They have made some great videos explaining the various components. This will take the place of different note and to do apps I have been using. The only thing missing is the ability to sync to a cloud or backup resource. Other than that great app.

Great now that I know how to use it Great now that I know how to use itAt first I was very confused about how exactly to go about using this app, as were others, but if you go to the Preferences (touch the gear on the bottom corner of any page) they have put a Iink to their eleven page user guide. It goes through everything in detail and is very helpful, they even have videos to watch how to do certain things. Along with the user guide they also linked their frequently answered questions.

Interesting, but not good Interesting, but not goodDownloaded this because it went free. Hadn’t heard of it before that, despite using literally a dozen different task managers in the last year. Like: + Good looking design. Good use of color, animations, and gestures + Clear and useful linking between actions, projects, goals and references No Like: - Too many transitions to get information entered and updated. To be effective, task management tools should let me enter and organize information as quickly as possible so I can get back to DOING, not organizing. - Horrible use of screen real estate. Why am I looking at iPhone-sized buttons on an iPad when there is literally inches of wasted screen that does nothing but display a background image? - No iPhone version, which is weird since the graphics are already iPhone sized almost, and most people don’t carry their iPads around everywhere. - It’s a dead application. Yay for being free, but it hasn’t been updated for over two years. Doesn’t take advantage of any iOS 7 or 8 improvements. Even the website hasn’t been touched for 26 months. Why would I want to invest my time in a system that isn’t maintained, will never see an update, and might stop working properly at the next OS patch?? I’d rather see the Dev charge money, update, and produce a desktop version.

Great App Great AppI recently downloaded Next and was more than pleasantly surprised. It took a little exploration to learn the interface but once done it is amazingly simple to use and has a elegance of design that I just love. Great job with this one ... It has now replaced all other TODO type apps for me!
