Can't control its own bridge Can't control its own bridgeI've been using this with the XL824/850 and I can only manually override the temperature setting which disables the thermostat presets. If I choose Home/Away selection in the App, it deselects the Home/Away selection in the Hub reverting the thermostat to manual override maintaining the current temperature setting. It would be nice to be able to choose Home in the App, and have the XL824 enter Home mode, and be able to select Away in the App and have it enter Away Mode.

Works 100% Perfect Works 100% PerfectI don't see what all the negativity is about ? I use this to control my AC and it's NEVER failed or hesitated in any way. I own a Trane XL824 stat and the two work together flawlessly. I think all the other commenters have "user error" problems that they need to work out themselves. Great app. Well designed and layout is very well thought out. 2 thumbs up!

Dont waste your money Dont waste your moneyWorthless! You will have to delete and download this app every other day in order to work properly in your phone The device that controls the AC will go off line for long periods of times without any reasons and will take up to a week in order to work again If you want to throw again $300-$400 go ahead, this s the perfect system to do so

Works ok after learning all functions Works ok after learning all functionsThis app is only 90 percent functional. It will show most of the Verizon equipment. The instructions were lacking with needed info left out.

Terrible TerribleApp connects to my Trane XL824 thermostat roughly 10% of the time. App is also very slow to respond to inputs.
