Updated review: 8/28/13 STILL HARD TO FIND :( it just doesn't come up in the search unless you type the name exactly. so many apps have similar names so its hard to remember the name. I've literally been looking for this app for about 9 or 10 months... No joke. I got a new phone and wanted this app again. It just occurred to me to search "apps not on this phone". It appears to be updated so I pray it's as good or better than I remembered. Old review: I always use the waves. I just imagine I can see waves while on a beach... The motion follows the sound. I'm sleep before I know it :-) Also, I love how simple and pure the sounds are, others that I have tried have music and/or birds chirping mixed in,(personally) this is great for relaxing but not for falling asleep. It's the simplicity in the sounds in this app that makes it effective for actually falling asleep. One last thing, this app is HARD to find! My sister told me about it but I had a hard time finding it when I searched for "natural sounds". That was about a year ago. I wanted to write a review and it took me a while to figure out exactly what to search to get it to come up again.

I love that the info button shows where the sound was recorded, pretty amazing places, and the different sound options per category all sound so great, especially compared to the popular apps that are like fake nature sounds. Ill take the real thing please!!
