Go back to the old format, please! Go back to the old format, please!I have had this app since December and have loved it up until the April update. Since that update I am no longer able to access my library and browsing my current issue is all I can do. Even then it doesn't seem to work as smoothly as it used to. Fix it please!!! And I hope no one else purchases it until you do or they will be very displeased with what was once a great product.

Reviewing Electronic Version Reviewing Electronic VersionWhile I am a huge fan of the magazine, and have been a print subscriber for many years, the electronic version is terrible. I would love to go greener but the electronic magazine is unreliable. Just finished re-downloading because I couldn't access the library. This is the third time I have had to re-install, hence I lose all my bookmarks and must download all my back editions. It is always something - can't access library, can't get app to load, freezes. Please fix the electronic magazine!

Fix FixI just purchased a year subscription and I can't even get one page to load. What a major disappointment. Please fix this, I love the magazine! UPDATE, works great with the new update, changing my rating to 5 stars!

Forever to Load, Quick to Close, Slow to Download Forever to Load, Quick to Close, Slow to DownloadNatural Health is a fantastic magazine, but its app is stressful to use. The issues take forever to load and when they do there is no guarantee the app won't close. I've attempted to purchase back issues in-app and while the transaction happens the issue never downloads and I just get the endlessly spinning circle. It's just like a dog chasing its own tail; around and around it goes, but its ultimately an act of futility. I've had to request a refund for the back issue purchase. This app needs some serious work and it's a waste to download before all the kinks are fixed.
