This plan enables you and your designated contacts to easily access the travel information you need most when you are on the road. Once created, myTrek can then be shared with co-workers, family members, corporate human resource and/or security offices, or any other individuals who have a need to know.

The myTrek - Travel Plan is designed to assist you with creating your personalized travel plan. It is possible to share your travel plan by email or by sending your data to another iPhone/iPod Touch device containing the myTrek app. The myTrek is built to handle more than one plan. The functionality of the myTrek app is further extended to include a PDF file that can be sent via email to traveling members; allowing them to fill out the required information on a PC or Mac computer.
The myTrek PDF can be downloaded at www.myTrekApp.com
This information can then be sent back to the home office or trip leader in a format that can be recognized by the myTrek app.
Another key functionality is the ability to capture information already housed in your iPhone/iTouch. If key information is already in your iPhone/iPod Touch contacts folder, use the ‘Get Contact’ button to automatically populate the data fields.
Some of the data fields are pre-configured to capitalize on the iPhone/iPod Touch features -
• Selecting a phone number will automatically dial the number.
• Selecting an email address will automatically launch your email program.
• Selecting an address will automatically map the location.
