You can even view these features offline, so you don't have to worry about data charges or finding Wi-Fi if you want to check some of your booking details, or simply browse information about your destination (just remember you'll need an internet connection to update things like the weather and exchange rates).
To log in you’ll need:
•Your lead passenger surname. (That’s the person who booked your holiday and receives all correspondence)
•Your departure date.
•Your booking reference number – it looks like this: 1234/567891. The second set of numbers can be between 4 and 8 numbers long.
Sorry, you can’t use the app if:
•You didn’t book your Thomson holiday directly with Thomson or First Choice.
•Your booking includes more than 1 hotel or 2 flights.
•You have booked a Thomson Cruise.
•You’ve booked a First Choice holiday through Thomson (you can use the First choice app though- link below)
