I got a new credit card and couldn't add it to make a payment. That's lame. Now I can't purchase new lunch credit through this app. What's the point then in having it?!

If you are going to charge me a service fee EVERY time I add funds, it would be really nice to be able to specify an amount to add rather than picking from a pull down menu with a max of $45. App works good for balance checks and adding funds.

The business model is broken and this is nothing more than greed. My child can add money for free at the register and I will use this to monitor and remind. However, you've $11 of my money and in trying to add another $45 you want me to pay $1.95. It becomes the principal of it all. It's an not necessary. You gather plenty of money from parents and if used properly, that interest free loan goes a long way. Look at Starbucks. Would they have $40 of my money and an automatic reload if they were as greedy as you? The answer is a clear NO. Neither would the toll tag in my car. They all enjoy a large interest free loan without gouging. You're thieves.
