I wanted to like this app, but... I wanted to like this app, but...I am disappointed in this app. As with other reviews, I think it is seriously lacking in several areas, especially not having a search box. I don't feel the price of this app is justified to what you receive.

Great App! Needs a Search Option though Great App! Needs a Search Option thoughI work as a naturalist in the Pacific Northwest and this is a great app to show the public. For many people the thought of carrying around books while exploring the natural world is not something that are willing to do, so it is awesome that there are apps out there that they can use to help identify and better understand their environment. I highly suggest this app to everyone! One improvement I would like to see with the update is a search option. I would like to be able to be able to type "Pine" or "Madrone" and have all of the results pop out to explore.almost 13 years ago

Mediocre at best Mediocre at bestUI is horrible. Organization and structure is poor. Would not work as stand-alone tree ID app - for all the reasons explained by others. Limited species list. Supplement with something else or pass. I waited for price drop to check it out - but still not worth it.
