Worst thermo app ever? YES Worst thermo app ever? YESNever connects to server Never syncs the correct info to the actual thermostat Weak infrastructure I have to rate it F because it's useless. 600$+ for the thermostat for what? A small screen that makes a beeping noise when touched outside the lines? Or did I pay the money to get a picture uploaded to the thermostat? It's bad in so many ways I can't believe they sell this trash.

Finally: password caching!!! Finally: password caching!!!Carrier should stick to making systems and let someone else make their thermostats and remote control infrastructure. Do what you do best, Carrier (not that I'm convinced after my experience with this equipment that you're even great at making systems). It took far too long to implement the ability to stay signed into the app (a.k.a. not have to manually enter the password every time you launch the app) but they finally did it some time ago. And for a while they made it more reliable too: initially it would have issues signing in and talking to the thermostat but that got much better. But here lately it just won't connect to the server. When it works, the app is decent enough, with a very similar to the interface of the thermostat itself; it's pretty clearly on the same code base (running atop I believe the much-maligned Adobe Flash platform with Adobe Flex; this platform, despite the negative press it has gotten, is quite powerful for this type of use case). The positive aspect of this common code base is a familiar interface; the downside is that they were able to make a few tweaks to the code and pop out the app so reimagining the interface that would be best for the phone is a pipe dream (and this is why the app only works in landscape mode).

Poor, app doesn't accurately support system Poor, app doesn't accurately support systemMy experience is in line with those of others. When it works, the app is ok, but it rarely works. The app does not correctly show the different heated by stages. When I make changes to my systems via the app, they are rarely "commited" on the thermostats. Very frustrating. Carrier do something! Update your app.

When it connects to server: great but it's down - regularly! When it connects to server: great but it's down - regularly!Carrier needs to give its Infinity customers what they were promised and what they paid for. Spending mucho $$$$ on a wi-fi thermostat and then, not fixing issues that make it unconnectable to their server is shoddy work practices and poor customer relations. Give us what we paid for, Carrier!

Totally useless Totally uselessI have a brand new Infinity system and in two days I have been able to log in exactly once. What a joke. If Carrier is going to sell these features their servers should be able to support them. Fix this because right now it's worthless.
