  • Unusable
    Takes forever to refresh screens. Logs you out after only a couple minutes of inactivity requiring you to re-login constantly when you are checking ticket statuses.

    At least make it as functional as using the VEC website, folks. Until that happens, it's not very useful.

    The functionality is barely there and app quality is poor. It's a web app among web apps.

    This makes it so much more easier to complete request and make immediate changes on the go however to all IT guys don’t install this on IOS8 Beta, This version doesn’t work with it. You have been warned.
