Crappy at times and more $$$ than it's worth. Crappy at times and more $$$ than it's worth.Trying to use the cloud part of the app but the password has to be so complicated I can't get in. I don't think there's a better app so stuck with this until there is.

Piece of Junk! Piece of Junk!Latest update made things even worse. What a waste of money this app has been. I tried to use this on an independent film and it was so troublesome I resorted to using paper to show info and clapping my hands together to slate, because it was more reliable and faster.

Great filmmaker app! Great filmmaker app!I'm in the habit one of using this app on every production I do, large or small. It makes logging and syncing footage a breeze. I've used this now several times for music videos and the option to produce time code based on any song in your iTunes library is a great feature. I've tried several other lower priced clapper board options in the App Store and this one beats them all hands down. The only thing that makes this hand to use under certain conditions is not a fault of the app but rather the iPad. Sometimes glare on the screen can interfere with properly logging footage.

used to be good used to be goodwas the best slate app until the latest update, way over complicated and got to the point where it was taking longer for it to save and update than to slate an actual take, not to mention keeps defaulting to their default settings. Had to stop using it and moved on to a more simplified slate app.
