Has it's Faults Has it's FaultsThis app could be great! But it has it's faults, and is frustrating to use!!! It is not worth the time. This really could have been an awesome app. Really disappointing

Completely Useless! Completely Useless!Search function gives waaaay too many unrelated results, even with clear and specific key words given. More aggravating than it's worth, just go to your local store because this app is completely useless! For the money Michaels makes selling craft items, they should have invested a bit more in their app development. (Please note this is only the second time I have ever felt the need to leave a negative review for an app in the 7 years I've been using a smartphone. I found this app that disappointing.)

Doesn't work well Doesn't work wellThe electronic coupons would be a great advantage over paper ones if the app worked. It's slow, forces you to put in your zip code but then won't recognize it. Sometimes when I open it the screen will just be black with no information and no sign to tell me it's loading. And there never seems to be an update to fix it.
