Have been using this for over 2 years now and is still my favorite!! Have been using this for over 2 years now and is still my favorite!!Easy to use! And always works, and looks beautiful! Has plenty of sounds, and has the ability to change the color of the interface to whatever color you want using a color wheel!

I found a glitch I found a glitchThis is an awesome metronome, but I found a glitch that makes it unusable for what I was looking for. I'm using the ability to subdivide the beat into up to 20 pieces to practice 1/16 notes which are between straight and swung. For example, to get sixteenth notes that are almost straight but not quite, I put the subdivisions up to 20, mute all except for the 1st and 12th, which I accent. In order for these to be 1/16 notes, I put the beats per measure to 8 and those become 1/8 notes instead of 1/4 notes, which means that I need to do double the tempo. That's where I run into a problem. When I get past 150 bpm (which is actually 75 bpm - way under tempo), the metronome starts tripping out, playing the subdivisions in seemingly random places, differently in each measure. I haven't figured out exactly what it's doing but it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing. Fix this bug and it will be 5 stars, in my opinion. While I'm at it, I'd like to suggest going to 24, a number divisible by 2, 3 and 4 instead of 20, which is not divisible by 3; that way, one could go from straight 1/16 notes (accenting the 13th subdivision) to triplet 1/16 notes (accenting the 17th) to true dotted 1/16-32nd notes (accenting the 19th) and have 3 choices between straight and triplet (14th, 15th, & 16th) and one between triplet and dotted 1/16th-32nd (18th). Thanks.

Good features, but... Good features, but...The timing of the met isn't perfect. In the polyrhythm mode, the downbeats will "tear" from beat to beat, only occasionally lining up perfectly to make a "double stop" sound. This means the integrity of any polyrhythm this app creates is corrupted. In all, this renders the app not useful for situations like marching percussion, which require extreme rhythmic accuracy in complex rhythms. This is a disappointing discovery as I have just wasted my money.
