Great rates but... Great rates but...Since joining Metromile about nine months ago, their devices have killed my battery three times.?Each time after contacting the company I received the same response, "we are very sorry to hear that and we understand your frustration. May I ask how old was your battery is?" Well, my battery was brand-new the very first time it happened. I'm definitely not the only one this is happened to. If you look at their blog site you'll find many other people who have had the same problem. Metromile should be trying to find a solution to this problem but apparently they don't see this as a serious issue!

Kinda love this! Kinda love this!It's super cool that it lets you know how your car is running and how much gas you have. If only you could set an alert to be notified when gas got below a certain level. Granted you can look at the gauge but I'm just one of those people. I fed recommend their insurance and this app to anyone looking for a tech savvy way to save money!!

Great, but no mileage totals Great, but no mileage totalsLove the whole pay-only-for-what-you-use idea and the app gives me so much info like trips, gps, and car diagnostic codes. But, inexplicably, when showing trip info, it doesn't total the number of miles driven for the day. It's the single bit of information that's relevant to my bottom line. Average MPG, time, and fuel costs are nice and all, but I REALLY want to know how many miles I'm going to have to pay for this trip.
