DO NOT USE DO NOT USEI signed up and was approved for the service and that's when the nightmare began. Once I signed up, three other companies got all my info including my bank account info. I started seeing charges on my account from three other companies. When I canceled the account, the process was so long that I still got charged. And....when I canceled with Charge.com, they don't cancel the other accounts THEY opened on my behalf that continue to charge you. In all, customer service and communication on how their products/services work was horrifying. If you use this service and this happens to you, don't blame this and the other reviews that have been posted about this company!!!! You've been warned!!!

Terrible.. Terrible..I should of read the reviews first. My goodness they charge crazy fees. I was thinking these guys just charged a fee to process a credit card, thats expected. It's 2.09% However it doesn't end there. $25 dollar for charge backs. $20 a month fee, $0.25 ACH fee, $10 a month statement fee, even if you don't want one. Talk about fees galore!!!

Monthly Statement.... Monthly Statement....I have recently started using this merchant account. Of all the apps I think this makes good sense especially given that any employee can use it without any training. The only issue I have is that monthly statement should also be available thru the iPhone app. I did not see that option anywhere. Hopefully it will be added soon.

Good replacement for CC terminal Good replacement for CC terminalOverall Pleased. Works well as a mobile credit card terminal making sales much easier and immediate. The customer care assisted well in opening and setup of the account.
