Love the stories Love the stories

I've tried a couple of the recipes and they work well in an American kitchen, but I especially liked "Manong Ken's" stories about growing up with these foods back in the Philippines. His tips on substitute ingredients are really helpful.

Wish I could try all the recipes here!!!

Very informative....there are items in this app that I came to know for the first time.....for example, some recipes....especially the regional ones.
