Works but not perfectly. Works but not perfectly.I got this app so I could look at black-and-white film negatives on a light table. It works reasonably well, and the lighten/darken bar is crucial. However, it seems not to focus so well, so in the end, it isn't perfect. Still, I haven't found another "digital loupe" that lets me see my negatives as positives. Perhaps the main problem is the poor resolution of the iPad camera? I do wish I could see a clear, high-resolution image on screen — a nice, sharp loupe!
