Counting Calories? Count me in! Counting Calories? Count me in!I lost 60 lbs in one year via this app, using the calorie counting and exercise log functions. I've recently redownloaded it to get that last ten pounds off, and it's exactly what I need. I don't have the Premium features, but cutting calories has worked great for me. The best part about this over weight-loss plans like Atkins and Weight Watchers--besides that it's free--is that I can eat 3/4 of my day's calories in chocolate cake if I want to. (I might feel a little guiltier about it if I made use of the Friends and Communities features, though!) I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a cheap weight-loss option, and the biggest tip I have is to round your portion sizes up. You may have your plan set to lose 1 lb a week, but find you've dropped 1.5! (Do eat enough calories to sustain you, though; there's a reason the plans only go up to 2 lbs a week.) tl;dr Great free app for those looking to be more mindful about what they eat.

Highly recommend Highly recommendI have never written a review on any product before. With that being said this app is amazing! It has helped me lose over 80 pounds! It is a great tool at tracking calories and exercise. The food database is huge and you can customize anything. It also keeps track of carbs, protein, ect. I have tried both the free and premium version. If you need extra motivation the premium version allows you to join group challenges that motivate you to exercise or eat certain foods. It also allows you to log food in advance. But the free version is just as good as long as you self motivate. When anyone asks how I lost my weight I give recognition to this app along with my self drive to exercise and eat right! Losing weight is such a challenge but anyone can do it with the right tools and mind set!
