    Reported graffiti in San Pedro, which is part of LA county only to be redirected to a website and 311. So much for reporting. Delete.

  • Horrible App
    After sending two reports to the county on Oct. 29 for problems in the county jurisdiction, I still have not received a response and the problems still remain. Great concept but no one to do the job.
