Buggy app, lightweight POS Buggy app, lightweight POSFor anyone downloading this app on a trial basis because they are considering purchasing Lightspeed Cloud POS RECONSIDER! The app is very buggy an hangs up a lot. The POS itself is very lightweight. It does a very poor job of managing inventory which is surprising as this software was supposedly “born” in a bike shop. It can’t do basic inventory management transactions like pull an item out of stock for internal use, return an item to a vendor etc. If you are out of stock of an item it will allow the item to be sold (at least it does give a warning) but instead of making the quantity negative one, it will just add another item to your stock to make quantity on hand zero. This make it impossible to track errors by running a negative quantity on hand report. Bottom line, if you don’t need to keep track of your inventory this POS might be OK but if you want accurate inventory look to another POS.

Website in a app Website in a appThere is nothing special with this app since it's pretty much the website. It is nice that you can just click on it and be instantly there, but doesn't offer much different experience than logging on with safari.

Fantastic POS solution, but the app is buggy Fantastic POS solution, but the app is buggyThe app is buggy, but Lightspeed Cloud has been an awesome solution for our clothing boutique. Also, their support team is incredible. This app will get 5 stars from me when I won't have to delete/reinstall every day to get it to work. I'm also surprised that their pricing just when up but the app still hasn't been fixed.
