Pointless PointlessI like the look and layout but it's not a true POS. It's more like a cashier. It only works for ringing sales. Can't do open taps, work orders. Their blue icon app is a true POS app but it needs a lot of work. Their menu bar freezes all the time. Too many bugs and Lightspeed never seems to have a date to fix any issues.

If you need to do any other transactions in Lightspeed - like special order an item, create a layaway, process a work order or any numb of common day to ay activities a retailer needs to do you need to use their other app (blue icon). Unfortunately, the blue app is very buggy and Lightspeed doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing it.
