How awesome would games be if you didn't actually have to play them?

The game of Life is a unique game that simulates... well... life! Life is a "zero-player game" - that means that once it starts, nothing can influence how it turns out.

Inspired by John Conway's "Life" cellular automaton, the app presents players with a 16x16 wrapped-around grid of cells that can either be 'on' or 'off'. As the game progresses, cells can die, remain alive, or produce other cells.

Life allows the player to 'draw' dead or alive cells onto the grid and then begin the simulation, observing the progression of the cells. Certain patterns produce never-ending sequences while others cause all cells to die...
