Works with iphone 4S Works with iphone 4SI've used this app with no problems about four times in the last year. The last time being last night. Took me about 2 minutes to set up my appointment for earlier today. I like that I can check all four of the local labs for an appt that works with my schedule. Hope they don't discontinue it.

Doesn't work Doesn't workCan't enter zip code or city/state and then can't get passed second screen. This is awful. The website (awful as well) encourages customers to get the app but then it doesn't work. No phone numbers. Customer service on any level is lacking!!!

Does not work on iPhone 5s. Does not work on iPhone 5s.I have this on my iPod touch and it works fine. It does not work on my iPhone. I wrote the developer and they said they were working on a version for the five series phone, but that was months and months ago.

Shame on Apple and Quest Diagnostics Shame on Apple and Quest DiagnosticsThe new version of the app is willingly broken as Quest Diagnostic wants to discontinue support. Amazing that Apple allows such a ripoff to be posted on the Apple Store.
