シンプル シンプル余計なものが無いので結構使いやすいです。がっつり食事などを記録するレコーディングダイエットは途中で飽きがくるという人も、とりあえず体重の変移だけわかりやすく記せるこのアプリは気にいるんじゃないかな。もちろん簡易ながらメモ（食事、運動)機能もあるし、グラフのタスクではBMIも表示されるので、ゴタゴタした機能が不必要な人にはおすすめ。
