Not even an app! Worthless Not even an app! WorthlessJJ used to have a great app for ordering. However for some unknown reason they decided to abandon their app and instead have this fake "app" just be a link to their website ordering. The mobile ordering website is slow, broken and overall useless. I used to use their app at least twice a week for lunch but now I don't even order from them anymore as the only way to order for delivery now is via the phone and sometimes they don't even answer. I just go to the subway across the street from me now. Please bring your actual app back!

Works fine, don't know what others are having problems with. Works fine, don't know what others are having problems with. It's works fine for me, doesn't just re-direct me to a website, I don't know what ppl are talking about. Simply open the app, tap delivery, tap my order with ease, check-out, and I have my order in about 15 to 20 min.

Don't bother; it's just their website, crippled. Don't bother; it's just their website, crippled.I used to use the Jimmy John's app multiple times a week, as they are the closest place I can eat from my office. Recently, they "updated" the app to just show the same website you could visit in Safari. The problem is, there's no back buttons or any other interface, and the website is not built with this in mind. Another reviewer noted that if you go to certain features within the "app," you will get stuck and have to force quit, since the website assumes you have back buttons at your disposal, and the "app" doesn't provide them. I don't know who green-lighted killing the previous native app, but they should be fired. This is a really poor showing. Not only is it insulting to see them replace a useful app with a website in a window, the website itself is buggy. It will never save your credit card info for subsequent orders, so get used to typing in your billing address, CC number, CVV, expiration, and name each and every time you order. Like I said, don't bother. Just bookmark the website and get used to the crappy coding, I guess.

A Step backwards A Step backwardsThe old native app wasn't going to win any awards, but it was functional and worked well. Now, the app is just a portal to their very poorly designed mobile site. VERY difficult to use.
