I paid for this crap?!? Doesn't work half the time. Gives xml errors, features are missing, for something I had to pay for this is pure junk. WHMCS should be ashamed for even developing this let alone charging for it.

Great update! Great update!

iWHMCS is absolutely crucial to running my hosting company. This update fixed a lot of bugs and some of my own requests, and I appreciate that! Just two requests: - Ability to tap-to-call and hold to Copy client phone number - Predefined requests in ticket reply mode. This is a huge one I'm surprised isn't included in the app already. Thanks, guys! Best hosting automation system around, period.
